Little scallop shells, gathered off Takapuna Beach in Auckland and gifted to me – thank you, Maxine! Cast into solid sterling, they are beautifully delicate and are lovely to wear!
Finished with solid sterling silver hand made hooks. They will be carefully wrapped in layers of tissue and put into a linen bag for safe keeping or for gift giving.
I can send them shiny or oxidise (darken) them slightly to bring out the detail. My default is to send them shiny.

The shell used to make this mould has been returned to the sea.
