A genuine NZ paua shell (from the stunning West Coast of the South Island) cast into solid sterling silver. I’ve hung it on a solid sterling chain; 46cm in length plus a small extension so you can wear it at two different lengths. Beautiful detail on both sides so you can wear it facing either way!

The pendant paua is slightly bigger than the earring paua, and is approx 22mm long (including the loop) and 18mm wide.

It can be left shiny, or oxidised (darkened) to bring out all the detail in the shell. My default is to send it shiny.

The shell used to make this mould has been returned to the sea.
